Veolia Water is not only a company operating in and for Armenia, but also a French enterprise. This is why its success interests not only the Armenian side but also the French. Ultimately, it concerns the progress of French business in Armenia and the reputation of friendly France.
That is why French officials never miss the opportunity to visit Veolia Water, learn about its achievements and current challenges, and offer their assistance in solving problems and ensuring the success of the 15-year lease agreement.
Recently, on such a mission, Senator Olivier Cadic, representative of French citizens living abroad, French Ambassador to Armenia Jonathan Lacôte, and Embassy staff member Quentin Perrier visited the company’s headquarters.
The hosts—Gor Grigoryan, Chief Operating Officer of Veolia Water; Shahin Boutouilan, Deputy General Director and Investment Director; and Marianna Shahinyan, Administrative Director—presented the results of the company’s first year of operations in 2017 and outlined upcoming plans.
