The purpose of our business is not only economic results, but also improving the environment – ​​in nature as well as in human society. Zero tolerance for unethical behavior, corruption and discrimination is a traditional part of Veolia’s Purpose. We have implemented an effective ethics and compliance program. This helps us promote ethical behavior in society and conduct business in accordance with the rules that are binding on us.

Whether it is a legal requirement or a policy that we set on our own initiative to help us adhere to and share our values, these rules are binding on everyone who works for our company. Through our compliance program, we monitor whether we are following the rules and we constantly strive to improve and perfect this program.

WHISPLY

Since 2004, our Ethics Committee has been monitoring ethical behavior and investigating any suspicions. It accepts suggestions (also anonymously) via the Whispli application

Our values

We have written the values ​​of the Veolia group into the Code of Ethics, and at the same time we have also adopted the Anti-Corruption Code of Ethics. All our employees act in accordance with both codes. Managers also follow the Code of Management Conduct, which is an indispensable tool for building the corporate culture of our company.
