We would like to remind you that according to the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Freedom of Information:
A verbal inquiry is answered verbally—immediately after it is received or as soon as possible.
A written inquiry is answered within 5 days of receipt. If providing the requested information requires additional work, the information is provided within 30 days of receiving the inquiry. In such cases, the applicant is notified in writing within 5 days of receipt of the inquiry, indicating the reasons for the delay and the final deadline for providing the information.
