Veolia Djur has a fairly extensive wastewater collection and treatment system.

At the same time, the reconstruction and development of the system is ongoing. For example, in the near future, the Yerevan "Aeration" station will be reconstructed, enabling it to carry out advanced mechanical treatment of wastewater from the capital and nearby settlements.

Veolia Djur’s wastewater system includes:
- A sewer network with a total length of 2,945 km,
- 6 wastewater treatment plants,
- 8 pumping stations for the drainage system,
- A 350 km surface water and stormwater drainage network.
The company operates and maintains the sewer systems that have been transferred to it under the Lease Agreement.
Between 2017 and 2024, a number of settlements across the republic saw the implementation of sewer network repairs, removal of blockages, and construction of new sewer lines to replace damaged ones. Given the current technical condition of the system, every effort is being made to treat as much of the discharged wastewater as possible, thereby minimizing its negative impact on the environment.
The coming years are even more promising in this regard, with work in this direction expected to intensify significantly.
