Members of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) of the Republic of Armenia, led by Commission Chairman Garegin Baghramyan, received a delegation headed by Louise Hanania, Chair of the Board of Directors of “Veolia Djur” CJSC, along with Marianna Shahinyan, General Director of “Veolia Djur” CJSC in Armenia.
The parties discussed matters related to the company’s water supply volumes, revenues, and expenses.
The meeting also addressed the possibility of “Veolia Djur” CJSC purchasing electricity from the liberalized electricity market, which could create conditions for mitigating the impact of electricity costs on the tariff for drinking water in the future.
Chairman Baghramyan and Louise Hanania reaffirmed their readiness to continue effective cooperation, explore future collaboration opportunities, find efficient solutions to existing challenges in the water sector, and ensure fulfillment of set indicators.
