As part of the 2025 Mandatory Capital Investment Program, “Veolia Djur” is reconstructing approximately 10 kilometers of water pipeline in the town of Stepanavan, Lori Province.
With an investment of 205 million AMD, the company is upgrading the water supply lines serving 420 individual households in the 3rd and 4th Left Bank districts, as well as 11 apartment buildings and 12 individual houses in the Romanian district.
Frequent water outages in these neighborhoods were a constant challenge for the Veolia Team, caused by system deterioration, leaks, accidents, and the absence of shut-off valves. However, following the ongoing capital works, Veolia plans to implement a controllable distribution network within a few months—eliminating illegal connections and system failures while preventing water losses.
