Last year, under the Mandatory Capital Works Program, Veolia Water Company launched the reconstruction of the deteriorated section of the water supply network in the village of Arzni, Kotayk Province, with an investment of AMD 256 million. The project also included the reconstruction of the 1,500-meter-long “Byureghavan–Arzni” water pipeline supplying the village. In previous years, Veolia Water had already replaced 60% of the water supply network in Arzni in phases. This time, the program covered the remaining 13 km of pipelines that had not yet been replaced, serving 370 subscribers. A few days ago, the replacement works were completed, and the newly constructed “Byureghavan–Arzni” pipeline has already been connected to the village’s water supply network. In the near future, the contractor will carry out connection works street by street.
