A year ago, Veolia Water took over the operation and maintenance of the water supply and wastewater systems in Nor Hachn and the surrounding communities of Kotayk Province. Over the past year, the Nor Hachn Operations Unit has replaced nearly 9,820 metres of water pipelines, including 6,500 metres in the town of Yeghvard, 2,700 metres in the village of Mrgashen and 620 metres in the city of Nor Hachn. In other words, these works have resulted in:
- significant water losses being prevented, with consumers experiencing the benefits every day;
- a reduction in the number of customer complaints;
- adequate water pressure being ensured in multi-storey residential buildings;
- water being supplied to residents in accordance with the established schedule.
Every metre of pipeline replaced means improved infrastructure and represents another achievement for the Veolia Team.
