Reconstruction of the Sewerage Network Continues in Malatia-Sebastia through the Cooperation of Veolia Water and Yerevan Municipality. The reconstruction of the sewerage network in Yerevan’s Malatia-Sebastia administrative district is ongoing through the cooperation of Veolia Water and Yerevan Municipality. The project aims to gradually address long-standing issues and provide residents with a safer, more comfortable, and better-maintained living environment. It has now been eight months since the last sewer blockage was reported in the courtyard area of Ohanov Buildings 62–70. The previous sewer line passed beneath courtyard pavilions and a football field, making maintenance and servicing particularly challenging. Following the reconstruction of an 80-meter section of the sewer line, blockages and the associated problems have been eliminated in the area.

Similar works are currently underway in the area of Ohanov Buildings 72, 74, and 76, as well as School No. 179, where damaged and worn-out sections of the sewer network that were no longer suitable for operation are being replaced with new pipelines.Another important component of the joint program is the area surrounding Ohanov Buildings 10–20, where approximately 220 meters of sewer pipeline are being reconstructed.
