The improvement works in the sanitary protection zones of Veolia Water’s two-day regulating reservoirs and one chlorination station in Urtsadzor are nearing completion. As part of the project, the Artashat Operations Unit has constructed a metal fence around the 600-square-meter sanitary protection zone and installed entrance gates, ensuring the proper protection and safe operation of these important water supply facilities. Well-maintained and clearly demarcated sanitary protection zones are essential for the uninterrupted and reliable operation of the water supply system. In the coming days, lighting will also be installed in the area.
