In response to the recent media publications and inquiries regarding the 2026 water supply schedule published by Veolia Djur, we inform you that, in accordance with the requirements of Clause 134 of the “Rules for the Provision of Drinking Water Supply and Wastewater (Sewage Treatment) Services,” approved by Decision No. 378-N of November 30, 2016 of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia, Veolia Djur publishes on its official website (veolia.am) the Subscriber’s Water Supply Schedule for the following year. The schedule is prepared on an address-specific basis so that each Subscriber has the opportunity to ознакомиться with their respective water supply schedule.
The published water supply schedule is subject to changes during the year, as necessary (mainly during the summer months), due to the addition of tens of thousands of new consumers, changes in weather conditions, the technical capacities of the water supply system, an approximately 24% decrease in water source yields, and the sharp increase in new water consumers resulting from construction developments. Amendments to the water supply schedule are also aimed at preventing water losses during nighttime hours, thereby contributing to ensuring regular daytime water supply to consumers.
Within the framework of the agreement reached with the Government of the Republic of Armenia, represented by the Water Committee, it is planned to continue the implementation of investment capital programs with an approximately threefold increase in volume. This will contribute to reducing physical losses, which in turn will increase the volume of water supplied to subscribers in Yerevan in the coming years. Until the completion of the investment programs, the Company has a regulated obligation to announce seasonal fluctuations in water supply schedules at least twice a year, which was carried out in November 2025 and February 2026.
We deem it necessary to note that, with regard to subscribers’ water supply schedules, no contractual obligations have been violated since the commencement of the Lease Agreement.
