Veolia Water is reconstructing the water pipeline on Bakunts Street in Artashat using its own resources. Ahead of the asphalt paving works launched in the city, specialists from the Artashat Operations Unit are replacing the street’s deteriorated and аварийно-prone pipeline.
The pipeline was subject to frequent failures, resulting in water losses of around 2 litres per second. This, in turn, led to recurring water supply interruptions. To address the issue at its root, the Veolia Team is constructing 800 linear metres of new water pipeline for 50 subscribers on the street.
The works are scheduled to be completed within 20 days.As a result, operating costs will be reduced, illegal water connections will be eliminated, and residents of Bakunts Street will benefit from a more reliable and improved water supply.
