Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan today received Philippe Guitard, Director for Central and Eastern European Countries and Vice President of “Veolia” company. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan and General Director of “Veolia Djur” company Marianna Shahinyan.
The interlocutors discussed a number of issues of mutual interest, particularly focusing on improving the quality of water supply, reducing water losses, wastewater treatment, and matters related to drinking and irrigation water systems.
At the end of the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their commitment to continue effective cooperation, explore prospects for further collaboration, find efficient solutions to existing challenges in the water sector, and address other related issues.
