Access to water resources, their fair distribution, and preservation for future generations remain among the most critical issues for Armenia. At the same time, this is also one of the driving forces behind the economic development of this Eastern European country.
Having operated in Yerevan for 10 years, Veolia has been entrusted not only with the production and distribution of drinking water but also with the management of wastewater treatment plants across the entire country.

Veolia has committed to providing 24-hour water supply to 3 million people in Armenia by 2030.

Aparan, Gyumush, Arzni, Shor-Shor, Arzakan, Katnaghbyur, Garni, Araratyan, Saghmosavan, Makhravan, Ghazaravan, Novoseltsovo, Ghazabchi, Zuygaghbyur, Hatsaran, and other major water sources—these are where our consumers receive their fresh and cold drinking water. Known for its high-quality characteristics, this water is also recognized worldwide.

During its 8 years of operation, Veolia Djur has already carried out significant work to improve water supply in its service areas. In the coming years of the lease agreement, these efforts are expected to expand even further, with the goal of fundamentally improving the supply of drinking water throughout Armenia by 2030.
